Hmmm the more I look at this picture the more I don't like what I turned it into. After finishing the pose I went on Google to look up her outfit (i forgot her necklace by the way) and found the picture you were referencing. My art may or may not look realistic to you I'm not sure, perhaps a realist artist should have red lined this for you :S Anyways here's what I changed.

- I made her right arm look more naturally positioned by putting it on her hip.
- I gave her more of a curvature to her stance, I know there's a word for that... lets just call it fluidity lol
- I made her head smaller and made her hair more like the characters.
- My advice is while referencing a picture try to make it your own instead of copying it exactly, although I know while practicing realism its hard to do at first, but give it a try!
